More screen time

Screenwriting has become a fun, addictive exercise for me.
Before I hit the road for vacation last week, I threw several  previously-released E-books into the trunk of my car.
No matter where I go out of town, finding the time to write has always been important for me.
I combined elements from an old Rebel Ink Press book, The Search is Over, and an Ex-Red Rose Publishing E-book, A Christmas Reunion, into a short screenplay called Instant Replay.
With both books five years old, I made it more presentable.
I kept the two characters from a Christmas Reunion and placed them in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I took the Canadian Football League team, Atlantic Skyhawks, from the Search is Over.
How the other two screenplay submissions fare in the fall will determine which direction I take.
Enjoy the week/KT Bishop.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the screenplay submissions. Your remake of the two five year old books sounds good. Since you have more experience now, it no doubt is a much better book. Good luck with your endeavors.

Half of my old Rebel Ink Press books (eight), were re-released, Joanne. Throw in a combination of two for the Instant Replay screenplay, you're seeing 10 RIP books being recycled.
The other six E-books are RIP, pardon the pun.

Melissa, vacations are always useful. I attended a Dreamgirls play and a world heavyweight title fight.
Between lunches with my college best friend and first-grade teacher, I wrote late at night while everyone slept so I could sleep in.....

I've always found creative times to write, Victoria. On dinner or lunch breaks at the office, I usually took my pin and steno pad to write chapters. I also did this before games when I was a sportswriter....

It will be more enjoyable if the submissions are accepted, Sandy! That way, I won't be wasting my time!
