It's a nice looking cover, but honestly, I don't put much faith in cover art because it doesn't always reflect the the story, so the title and first chapter are the most important.
If a title catches my attention, and then the first chapter intrigues me, I pick up the book. If it doesn't I keep walking.
That's how I determine if I am even going to consider reading this book, unless I've read the author before and know I will like the story within, then nothing matters, lol!
